At first I was slightly turned off by it because you said 'remix' and I was expecting some techno song, but that was fucking epic.Aby_Z said:SotC also has some amazing music, though I've found that many of the remixes of its' songs have worked out to be amazing as well.Thunderhorse94 said:I have a raging hard-on for the soundtracks of Shadow of the Colossus and Inception.
And this, definitely this. Best video game soundtrack ever.Grayjack said:The BlazBlue soundtrack is awesome.
Seconded in every aspect. The entire Metroid Prime series has one of the best video game soundtracks to date. Each track fits with the area so well, and most of them are awesome enough to stand up as great music on their own. The electric/ambient nature mix of the music just fits the game so well...Gigaguy64 said:Metroid Prime has one of my favorite Soundtracks.
The Music was a Major part of the experience for me, and it was a big part of the game as well.
Iv always loved it, it fit with the Environment so well, and was a soothing piece of music.
It really made me feel like i was Alone, wandering around Frozen Ruins.
The only thing i hated about this area were the Sheegoths...
Sheegoths EVERYWHERE.
Not that hard to take out, but really annoying in groups.

The Baby Sheegoths aren't actually that bad. One charged beam shot to the back and then just pepper them with 3 or 4 regular shots. The big Sheegoths are really annoying though, but it's a good thing that they only appear in two locations further into the game, and the one in the quarantine cave is really easily bypassed.
Damn, ninja by the OP. *sigh*Aby_Z said:It should be no surprise that Neon Genesis Evangelion is among my most favorite of soundtracks
