I enjoy just about any trope starting with 'Crowning Moment of' or 'Best _____ Ever'. Really helps expand my horizons to find games that slipped under the radar containing moments which must be experienced to be believed. Likewise for 'Crowning Music of Awesome'.
A less sweeping one I enjoyed was 'Villainous Valor' where a villain is outmatched but uses guile or willpower, two qualities normally reserved for the protagonists' use, to get out of a jam and turn the tables, and I wish we'd see more of it. It's even described more generally as villains using tropes more commonly associated with traditional heroism, whether it be a heroic sacrifice or good teamwork.
