I have no clue why, but I love the Clock King. He's friggin' hilarious. A guy who is obsessed withtime and has a huge clock mask. Now that's what I call (wait for it...) TIMELESS!

I liked how the Clock King was portrayed in The Animated Series, actually. You see, he was an ordinary man whose strength was merely in punctuality. In a sense, he was no different from Batman, and yet so good. (Also, he blended in with the crowd for having normal people clothes on, then.)

Calendar Man is one of my favorite D-List Batman villains. He always struck me as the kind of villain Bats might allow Robin to tackle on his own as some kind of "semester exam" or something; He's more dangerous than your average, garden variety thug with a gun, sure, but he's no Joker. Heck, he can't even match The Penguin for sheer criminal potential.

Also, I always loved his attitude throughout The Long Halloween. The only time he gets any kind of attention or media recognition is when the Holiday Killer starts... Well... Killing on holidays. It's a gimmick that's strikingly similar to his, and you can just tell that it burns his ass, being recognized only by association.

Dude needs more screen time, if only to quip once and get punched out just as quick.

Riddler, Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze don't get much attention. But the Joker is the iconic Batman villain so he would get more attention than most other characters.
