Fantasy: Kais (in Warhammer 40k - Fire Warrior. Not quite fantasy, but close enough.)
Monster/Alien/Enemy: The Locust, because again they're badass, and an actual challenge sometimes (unlike the Covenant...)
Nerd/Geek/Super-Cool guy resembling yourself: Gordon Freeman, because he's smart but just a normal guy in extraordinary circumstances.

Personally I'd have to put up Samus. What other girl is not only cute, but has a suit of power armor and fights space pirates.

Mother: Dr. Steinman from Bioshock (What's more proper than the single mother of the child population of Rapture? Granted she's kinda like the mother who had an unplanned pregnancy in her teenage years and resented them at first but still...)

Father: Rasputin's father from Psychonauts (Because why not?)

Sibling: Roman Bellic (Everybody has this guy in their family)

Spouse/Love Interest: Alyx Vance (She can roundhouse kick a charging zombie's head off. Swoon.)

Commanding/Superior Officer: Commander Shepard of the S.S. Alliance (Mass Effect to me was just a series of badass events with Shepard on the saddle)

Best Lines: Manny Calavera (Although I'm damn near certain it's more his accent than the lines themselves)

Sci-Fi: Rachni from Mass Effect (Any race that can convince me they're worth sticking around after severely creeping me out with their mind zombies and ranting on about colors and music should go into sales)

Fantasy: Daedra from Oblivion (I find their gurgling noises soothing?)

Monster/Alien/Enemy: Flying sand worm colossus from Shadow of the Colossus (You know you all wanted one as a pet)

Nerd/Geek/Super-Cool guy resembling yourself: Eh? A little bit with the latest iteration of the Prince of Persia I suppose in that I get into these philosophical debates and would come off as a complete dick if it wasn't for a proper application of wit.

Guy/Gal you felt sorriest for: A good number of ghosts from the Fatal Frame series (Why do you kill? heheheheheh)

Guy/Gal you wanted to kill even though you couldn't (because it would be game over if you did, or he/she was just invincible): Just about anybody I have had to escort in a survival horror game. All that grief and they just end up dieing in a scripted event to introduce the big bad... (Enough said)
