I think World of Warcraft's Burning Crusade's "You are not prepared!" just about sums up the warm welcome I had diving into my first MMORPG.
Also the entire narration of Wrath of the Lich King is solid gold and it seems no one picks up the 100 or so rip-offs (copies if you will) from the Arthurian Legend... Maybe only I saw the hilarity in the seriousness.
Also I'd have to say just about every exchange between Sam and Max in Sam and Max: Hit the Road are some of the best and classic witticisms in gaming history. It was like they were written by Oscar Wilde or something.
