...that said, I like all the music in Metroid and Metroid Metal added so much more by layering on the face-melting metal. If you get the chance, go see them live at PAX East '10 [http://www.paxsite.com/paxeast/index.php]. I saw them live at PAX'09 [http://www.pennyarcademerch.com/pad09002100.html] and my face is still recovering from severe facial metal-meltage. Hope they're coming back to PAX again this year.

The whole damn game was great. Too bad it came out so close to FF7 and got overshadowed.

there was a part in halo 2 where a brilliant track with an awesome lead guitar ripped open just as i crested a hill in a beat up scorpion tank, main cannon firing and laughing as zombie driven jetbikes where sent flying. that was a brilliant time i loved it, the music was quite a big part of it
