Over my years as a gamer I have come across many weapons. Used them, graded them, swapped them for another. What is your favorite weapon in a game?

The Cow Launcher from the N64 South Park game. Never have I laughed so hard in my entire life. The sound it makes is enough to make a grown man wet himself with laughter. That's not even mentioning seeing a cartoon character running around with his head shoved up a cow's ass. God, what a great weapon.

My other favourite weapon is the shotgun from Alien versus Predator 2.
It's not special in any way, except that it's secondary fire mode fires slugs [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shotgun_slug]. It's one of the few games I know to have slugs.
Of course, slugs in the game are meant to be armour piercing, but they are so rare and powerful I saved them for a 'real' threat. I have never finished that game, but they're so powerful I wouldn't consider a queen [http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/avp/images/a/a1/Promo08.jpg] to be enough of a threat to 'waste' slugs on.

I actually enjoyed the weapons in Alone in the Dark, having to put them together and try and be clever with it... shame about the rest of the game, and the inventory system...
