well for the most part I watch a lot of Let's Plays, I see a lot of the big names listed so I'll try to go with some that I don't hear as much about

-GrimithR -one of my favorite LP'ers on YT right now, highly intelligent, funny to listen to, and when he gets mad (or fucksnaps, as he calls it) out and out hilarity can ensue

-ogma001 -another decent LPer

-Paulsoaresjr -ok so he might be pretty well known, but he's my favorite minecraft vidmaker, I learned a lot from his Survive and Thrive series, and he's branched out into a lot of other games as well (also for those who prefer family-friendly videos, his are excellent)

-MarbleHornets, EverymanHYBRID, TribeTwelve -Slenderman, and three of (IMO) the best channels thereof

-EpicMealTime -obvious reasons

MiracleofSound -more obvious reasons

oh and there's this guy who goes by TheSavageOblivi0n...but I dunno...I've heard he's kind of a dick XD

I'm actually surprised that no one's mentioned either here already, but All Your History are Belong to Us is really interesting show. The clue's in the title - it's pretty much a history show about video games. As far as I know, there's nothing else out there like it.

As for random, irreverent fun, Ten FTW with Steve and Larson is pretty good.

I also enjoy WheezyWaiter, simply a silly vlogger akin to a more ridiculous version of Ze Frank.
As with most vloggers, he's more of a specific taste, but I - for one - love his videos.

This guy has a golden voice, specifically his Lets play Heroes of Might and Magic 2 Roland Campaign series. His commentary is easy on the ears, quite entertaining when your bored and the way he pronounces gems wrong as "Ga em z" gives me a smile every time. He hasn't done much else lately but his lost vikings let's play is not bad.
