Love songs are without a dobut a standard of most bands, some more then others. But what are the escapist's favorite love song?

This would be mine:

It's not only a love song, but it's a twisted, heavy love song...right up my ally.

Hmm...on second thoughts, not really much of a love song. Oh well, I like melancholic music.

A better choice would be The Cure's Just Like Heaven, although here's Dinosaur Jr's version:

Oh yeah, I'm also very fond of this one...if you could call it a love song:
First of all, BROFIST! That song is great!

OT. But yeah, anything by The Fratellis could be considered love songs, granted they don't sound like love songs, but pretty much every one of their songs are all about girls and their relationships with the singer.

It is a great song, and it's a amazing band. The more I think about it, the more I see that the song is about love lost. The singer is still in love, but the girl he loves doesn't love him...or something like that.

I have a few...

Thank You For Loving Me/Diamond Ring/In These Arms - Bon Jovi. Love it (but it was SO hard to narrow it down!).
Good To You/Beside You - Marianas Trench. I'll never forgive my friend for this one.
Everything I Do (I Do It For You)/Heaven - Bryan Adams. Because... well, it's Bryan Adams!

Apart from "Lost in Translation" being one of my all-time favourite films, it also introduced me to My Bloody Valentine's "Loveless", one of my all-time favourite albums. This is the highlight; absolutely sublime.

Does this count?
If not, than this...
For robots, Daft Punk seem to really know how to write love songs! :D
