The Jersey accent ofcourse!
I'm from New Jersey and I can tell you that we don't have accents. Or at least I don't think we do.
No you're right, if you live in the center that is. People who live in northern New Jersey may have some version of a New York accent and people in the South might have an accent like in Philadelphia. People in central Jersey (like myself) don't fall victim to either.

OT: French of course!

Whatever accent Tali has. It's some eastern European or Russian accent. Come on everybody! Say 'Migrant fleet" with me!
MIGRANT FLEET!, umm what does migrant fleet mean?
What!?

I am very disapoint...
Ok that's lovely but it doesn't really answer my question.
Well, to put it simply, it's from Mass Effect. A massive fleet of space ships, the Quarians (a race in the game) have lost their homeworld so the the entire race live in this fleet. Tali is a member of this fleet.

Wow, Russian is way more popular than I thought it would be. I used to think they were extremely cool, but I've been talking to Russian friend so much lately that it doesn't stand out for me anymore. It also sucks because you can tell when tv stars are faking the accent, and fail miserably at it. Although, it's always funny when real Russians pronounce words completely wrong.

I'm going to go with Australian then. I've never met an aussie in real life, but the accent is freaking entrancing.

British. One of those lazy posh ones that you know is constantly insulting you as you talk, but they are so slick you don't even notice...

I like a nice thick New Orleans accent. There are a couple languages in Ghana that produce accents I can listen to for a long time. Dagbani (spelling?) and...that other one escapes me right now.

Then again I've found that most accents spoken in a really deep voice sound cool.

I have no idea if it counts as an accent, but there's this certain type of American voice that turns me to jelly every time. It's the one that sounds slightly deadpan but has a lot of character to it, like Zooey Dechanel and Ellen Muth from Dead Like Me. I can't explain exactly why, I just like it, especially when they're being all sarcastic and moody.

I know several Canadians and it makes me smile every time they say "out" or "about."

However my favorite accents are Scottish and British.

I looooove Scottish, it's the sexiest accent to me.

And for some reason I just adore Louisiana accents on people too, they're just cool.
