Oh thats a long list: Absinth, any kind really, ouzo, remy martin, smirnoff north and properly poured guinness
Oh god not absinth, my mate gave me a bit and it felt like napalm.

My favourite is definately a bourbon, either Jack Daniels or Jim Beam

For good times involving friends nothing beats Woodchuck Amber. If getting a bit drunk is my aim and the bar is well equipped, a drink of Gin, Ginger Ale and lime is a refreshing kick to the nuts of inhibitions. For the less equipped bar or one with an inept bartender, the classic Long Island Iced Tea proves that alchemy was on to something.

Rum (any kind will do, but when I'm at home I use dark) and coke, or if I'm drinking "socially"*
I will drink cider.

*i.e. trying to not become a shitshow in public.

Lone Rider Shotgun Betty Hefeweizen

Both ideal for the Southern summer.

I live in Belgium, Beer capital of the world. Need I say more?
Germany would like to have a word with you.
Is the word 'thanks'?

(I say this while enjoying a Schneider Weisse, even)

Fist-high glass. Add a little ice, a little water, stir, enjoy.

I loves me a minty Grasshopper. You may laugh at me for choosing a girly drink but I love the stuff. Screwdrivers are my silver medal.

Red dry or semi-dry wine, shortly followed by whiskey and green fairy aka absinthe. All depends on where and why.

Matsos Ginger beer is probably my favourite, but its only brewed in this one town in Australia, so its pretty rare/expensive.

I mostly just drink beer, but when I need something more, I do shots (typically vodka). I'm a price conscious drinker and vodka is one of the cheapest. Gin is actually cheaper, but that shit is nasty.

Red Bull and Vodka.

Beer.

Sake.

Those are a few of my favorite things.
I had Sake for the first time about a year ago and really liked it, so easy to drink which is often the downfall of many nights drinking... Just don't realise for drunk you are until it's too late.

At the moment, Carlton Draught is my beer of choice. I like the taste and its almost syrup-like consistency, plus it doesn't have a lot of alcohol.

Germany can settle with 2nd on this one, I completely agree 4nthr4x. Belgium is where it's at for beer.
thnx Rusman,
no doubt that Germans know all too well how to drink untill their bellies explode. (see Oktoberfest)
It's about Belgians knowing how to brew a damn well good beer! :)
