Hey guys, I'm currently reading Enemy of God, the second book in Bernard Cornwell's Warlord Trilogy. It's one of the best takes on the Arthur legends I've ever read, so I was wondering if anyone else here was a fan of Arthurian tales, and what would you recommend?

I've never read any book about Arthur, but Le Morte d'Arthur seems really good.
It is; not read to the end, but for a centuries-old dtory, it kept my attention far better than a lot of more recent stuff.

Have you read Agincourt? It's really good, (not arthurian but similar time period) and the reviewers on the back of the book all say it's Cornwell's best.

Le Morte d'Arthur is one of the most famous Arthurian tales. I'd recommend This series if you havn't read any Arthurian stories.

I've heard of Azincourt yea. I was looking into getting that after I finish the Warlord series. I'm ashamed to say I only thought Cornwell wrote Sharpe novels before last year, which is why I've only just found the Warlord series.

The Once and Future King is the only one that I read(That I can remember), and it's really really good! Literature at it's best. I heard about Cornwell stuff, maybe I'll get it someday.

The first one of the Warlord trilogy, the Winter King. Haven't read much else in the way of Arthurian legends but the trilogy was great. Just avoid reading in large doses or you might need your antidepressant.
