Favourite childhood cartoon

Whats you favourite cartoon from when you where a kid (below 10). I'm not talking South Park and Family Guy here.

Personally, mine was Tom & Jerry. I still think it's genius. My gran parents had a few box sets of Tom & Jerry, so when we went to visit, I'd just ignore them and watch them all from start to finish.

One of my favourite ones was when Tom was a guard for the King. The king was sleeping, so when Jerry turned up, Tom had to catch him without making any noise. So you ended up with several points when tom got his tail trapped in a door or something and he'd go all red, clamp his hand over his mouth and run a few miles away from the castle, then scream.

Some other anime were the protagonist had some sort of pink flesh turtle/duck billed platypus thing (with a green shell like thing down its back). And they focused on discs.

I loved Pokemon, TMNT, and Johnny Quest.

My dad taped every episode of the original Run of TMNT for me on VHS, with commercial cuts. Only episode I'm missing is the one where April gets turned into a cat ugh.

I'll go with Tom and Jerry as well. Watching it now, it's hard to believe how hilariously violent it was.

Also, Animaniacs... I've been wanting to go and watch it again since I saw this:

Animaniacs, I completely agree with, they don't make cartoons like that anymore and it's the biggest shame in the animated entertainment industry.

Hey Arnold....eeeeeehhh.... I watched it, but never liked it...

Anyway, my other favourites of my childhood were definately Bucky O'Hare and Captani Planet.
Although looking back on those two in particular it only makes me wonder why i ever watched them besides their awesome intros/outros.

Pokemon, Beast Wars (Transformers) Dino bot as a raptor was BAD ASS, Sonic, Hey Arnold, Freaky Stories, Buffy the vampire slayer (If when I was 8 I knew how to jerk it to Buffy I would have), Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, Ahh real Monsters, Goosebumps, Are you Afraid of the Dark, REBOOT!!!!!!
