OT: See lots of shows, that I loved both as a kid and more recently like Avatar and Animaniacs. But I see no mention of Tiny Toons? Really?

What is your favourite childhood cartoon and why?
You didn't have to watch it in your childhood, just as long as the cartoon is aimed at a young audience.

Me? I am fond of The Amazing World of Gumball, but I also love Adventure Time and...

Dammit! I was going to say My Little Pony! And some others, too. For instance:

Teen Titans - the action/animation was great and the characters were far more well-developed than they had any right to be.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - same as above, really. It was also far more mature than most children's programming.

Most of the anime that Fox Box dubbed (Ultimate Muscle, Shaman King, that sort of stuff). Yu-Gi-Oh occupies a special place in my heart.

The Magic School Bus was pretty awesome when I was a kid, but I saw a few episodes recently and I realized that nostalgia-glasses did a LOT for that show.

I can't think of any more right now, but I'm sure I'll be able to scrape up something.
