I think the two ronnies Four Candles sketch deserves an honourable mention. Also the League of Gentlemens sketch involving Papa Lazerous wife needing to use the loo.

EDIT: Dave, You're my wife now!

I'm not sure if it counts as a sketch, but the opening "scene" of The Dreaded Batter Pudding Hurler of Bexhill-on-Sea would be my favourite comedy moment.

If it doesn't count: The Bomb On The Plane sketch from MPFC.

I know its not a sketch but I went to New York and saw the play with Will Ferrel called You?re Welcome America. A Final Night With George W Bush. It was hilarious.

My favourite sketches are as follows:

anything with tim conway, because he cracks harvey corman up
anything with chris farley, because he cracks david spade and adam sandler up
anything with mel blanc, because he cracks jack benny up
and the first 'debbie downer' sketch, because rachel dratch cracks everybody up

The naughty chemist, the less-naughty chemist, the exploding penguin on the telly, The Bishop!, how to identify trees from very far away, Attila the bun/hun/nun, mosquito hunting, Chocolates featuring real crunchy frogs, and It's the Arts.

I have too much spare time.

I'm too lazy to find it but there is this A Bit of Fry and Laurie sketch about a teacher getting reviewed that is really funny.

Funniest bit ever!
"Yes you did, you invaded Poland!" I fell of my chair laughing!

This isn't really a sketch but I also love the ten commandments bit by George Carlin

Also, if there's any danes out there check out this one(it's in danisH): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekD_Tscgkbo
probably the funniest sketch thing I've ever seen.

In this picture there are 47 people. None of them can be seen. In this film, we hope to show you... How Not to be Seen! [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zekiZYSVdeQ]

TBH, I like the ANFSCD version better than the original Flying Circus version. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifmRgQX82O4]

Even made a Doom version of it. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2R0HI1eyG5Y

I gotta throw in some Bob Hope. I picked up some of his stuff for a dime on vinyl, and he really was funny. Might have to look for some of his calls online.

For sure Chris Morris is pure genius.

EDIT: The paedophile has disguised himself as a school to attract young children.

The other day, I got a link to a John Cleese (sp?) video on YouTube.
For a good two hours, I just surfed YouTube watching Monty Python sketch after sketch.
Its addictive I tells ya!

I like Monty Python too. Yay!

Does MST3K count?. If so then I´m going to throw in episode Night of the Blood Beast ("And the Steves are there!"), and perhaps The Final Sacrifice. Great stuff.
