I'm talking about Spiderman, X-men, superman etc.

For me, it has to be either Spiderman 2 or Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.
Spidey 2 because of how many hours I spent just swinging around the city, trying to get to the very top of the tallest buildings etc. It just gave a great sense of freedom.
Marvel: Ultimate alliance purely because of the Co-Op gameplay, played that game through many times with mates, and it never really seemed to get 'old'.

So, whats your favourite?

Ultimate Spiderman had a fun city exploration system and allowed you to play as venom so when you got tired of saving the city you could go and destroy it.
Also, either of the x-men legends games. Long rpgs with multiplayer combat so one or more of my friends could take on the roles of my allies (Marvel Ultimate Alliance would be on the list, but I only own a wii and it was not very fun on the wii).

Spider-man 2
Ultimate Alliance (great but too easy)
X-Men Legends (great but the constant need to have Wolverine on the team was annoying)

I'll have to go with SPidey 2. the hint marker guy/ narrator was awesome, the city was huge and fun with no loading, the exploration tokens were kinda fun, and you could go to the tipy top of the highest building and piledrive a fool all the way down, you could also combo to climb to an infinite hight, and if you were good enough travel to liberty island by air combo. god I <3 that game
I Spiderman 2 was probably my favourate as well, I spent hours just swinging around, bouncing off buildings and doing midair stunts and such.

And the narrator was Bruce Campbell.

Oh so we can't talk about comix zone

Fine.... I enjoyed Ultimate Spider Man, but i hated how venom had to always eat people so quickly, he must have a super fast metabolism

I agree with this wholeheartedly. Bruce Campbell could have and should have talked more in it though.

So far Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Though Gambit is in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 so I am sure that one will kick much more ass. Any team that has Deadpool, Wolverine and Gambit in it will defeat all.

The new Wolverine game was somehow amazing, other then that I actually enjoyed Spiderman Web of Shadows over all of the other ones (although they were all pretty good).

Also Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is a classic for me and Marvel Ultimate alliance was really good and I can't wait for the second one.
