I absolutely love this song, and though this was the first version I ever heard, and I have since heard several others, for me nothing beats Heather

Jenny managed to make a horrible original into a song I actually really like.

Rare to find a Heather Nova fan on here I think. My friend once kicked her in the shins. True story. We were sitting on a table at the back of a small venue waiting for her to play. She came in through the back door, my friend was swinging her legs, kicked her hard in the shin. Heather apologized.

Liked the Jenny Owens cover too. Never heard that before. It actually makes the song listenable.

Rare indeed, I've been pushing her in every music thread I've ever come across on here (and a few other sites) but no one usually reacts. I've seen her live 5 times now I think (and missed at least 2 shows due to illness ), hoping for another European tour soon-ish

Also FiveFingerDeathPunch made a good cover of Bad Company, orginal by band of the same name.
