This has already been done, obviously, but the regular threads are old and March is still a while away. So what are your 3 favourite, and 3 LEAST favourite developers, and why? For me:
Favourites:
-Bungie: Awesome games, and they pay attention, care about, and understand their community.
-Bioware: Exceptional writing, and I'm a sucker for good story lines in games. Also they're Canadian.
-Camelot Software Planning: Golden Sun 1&2 significantly impacted my childhood and introduced me in formidable fashion to RPGs. Also Mario Tennis.
Least Favourites:
-Blizzard: They make good games, but IMO their community involvement is minimal, and they don't seem to listen to/care about gamers.
-Lionhead: F^#&ing Peter Molyneux is one of the worst reps I've seen for any company. Fable 2&3 are subpar. And they release buggy games and take forever to release patches to fix it.
-Nintendo: A once-great company, author of the old Zelda, Mario, and Starfox games, has gone downhill since N64. The reason they're in this category is because they've fallen farther than any other company, even Sega.
Wildcard: Rare. Very hit-or-miss. Compare masterpieces like Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, 007, Conker's Bad Fur Day and Diddy Kong Racing with POS games like Viva Pinata, Grunty's Revenge, and Kameo.
