Cooler or Broly. Broly can handle Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Trunks, and Vegeta all at once without breaking a sweat, and still have the time to kill his traitorous father, all while a meteor is about to consume the planet he's on. You have to take the time to enjoy the little things in life like he does. Cooler is just a badass, and he doesn't take 3 30-minute long episodes to charge his ultimate move. It takes him maybe two seconds.
