An ending to a game or movie that really stunned you, made you think, or just suited it really well.
My favourite is the In Water ending from Silent Hill 2.

Having coming to terms with what he had done and realizing Mary would never come back, James drives his car into Toluca lake, killing himself. Mary's full letter to James is revealed while the player sees bubbles from his car float upwards to the surface of the lake. It was just such a fitting ending to the game - being such a broken and unstable character, it just seems like the true ending to me. It left me with a sense of sadness and helplessness.
