Im playing through the PS2 ones again starting with the 1st

I love the series to death, really. My entry is from the third game, though, my favorite by far of the series.

Specifically, this particular ending (spoiler warning, seriously you guys):

Damn thing had me in tears for minutes. I love how, after such a long, delightful playing experience, they really end it with a dramatic, pathos-laden bang. Another I couldn't find a video of on youtube (maybe my youtube-fu isn't up to scratch) is the one where Miku is running after the ghost of her brother, with Rei desperately chasing her to save her soul. It's been a long time since I played the games, so I don't remember every scene exactly, but that stuck with me.

You'd best not. Seriously, though, get it. I cannot recommend it enough. Whereas 1 & 2 are horror-powerhouses, definitely, the third game just blows the other two away, in my honest opinion. It comes highly recommended.

Got it well I heard it was the weaker of the Trilogy on PS2 but still worthy. but aye I got 1,2 and 3 here xD

Go for it. Mind you, whether you'll prefer it to the other games or not, it's a great game on its own, like all of them. No sense in putting them up against each other, just go on fresh and enjoy. With that said, assuming we're not the only two people on the Escapist who like Fatal Frame, back on topic!
