It would have to be Divine Intervention, Part 1. For those who don't recognize the name, it was a game that centered around a priest who killed demonized residents of his city after what must have been an apocalypse of sorts. It was made quite a while back, which makes it all the more impressive how great the presentation is, because it is still one of the better looking flash games on the internet.

It's such a shame that the promised sequel was never actually made.

For me, I love the old tank game, where you shoot at other players on mountains and stuff.

OT: I love cube field, anyone ever play that game? So addictive...

There are about only 2 flash games I really enjoyed.

Clear Vision- here you play a bathroom-sign style stick figure assassin who makes his living by putting unassuming victums at the bad end of a sniper rifle.

Bowmaster- a rather addicting tower-defense game where you protect your castle by firing a giant crossbow equipped on your castle, as well as take out your opponent's castle with said giant crossbow.

I'm a little suprised no one mentioned those games, unless I'm mistaken.

Bowmaster 2 was such an improvement over the first game...

Clear vision and the sequels were all awesome, all the time.

The last Dalek game from the BBC (that only seems to work on the BBC America website these days), it's a brilliant stress reliever that marries stratagy with exterminating!
Also Cubis that you can play on Yahoo games. I don't know how many hours I've wasted playing that game.
