This is plain and simple,put your favourite game over screen,you can put a Top 5 or 10 if you want.

Heres mine

1.Sega Rally 2 (GAME OVER YEAAAAAAAAH!)
2.Zelda 2:The Adventure of Link (That laugh gives me chills)
3.Metal Gear Solid (Snake? Snake?! SNAAAAAAAAAAKE!)
4.Conkers Bad Fur day. (You see conker tied up as a replacement for a table leg)
5.Plants Vs Zombies (Letting a zombie in your house,you hear munching,then someone screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Who is most likely you,and then in big green letters it says "THE ZOMBIES ATE YOUR BRAINS!")

I Agree with that,i just liked Conker tied up as a replacement table leg,yet another twist on the Game Over formula,when you dont die,but Greg is contesting with the Cursing Cog for my favourite Conker character.

You drink a foul concoction and die. The Game over screen then shows your coffin in a crypt, only to be disrupted by cries "Hello? I'm not dead!"

The best "Game Over" (or as close as this game got to it) ever was in Under a Killing Moon, where you had a talk with James Earl Jones (the big P.I. in the sky) who would berate you for screwing up and then send you back to try again.

Super Mario Bros (NES) - Nothing too special, but I reacted to the music thusly: AwwwwwwwwwwwISuck... and then felt bad for ten years because of one....ONE...retarded green turtle that fell off the mushroom platform as I was jumping onto it with my LAST LIFE!!! I am scarred...
Space Quest 1 (PC remake) - Drink the green acid, and the Two Guys from Andromeda appear in an Monday Night Football/John Madden style replay sequence drilling home exactly how dumb you were for drinking the unknown, bubbling liquid in the middle of a strange desert cave you fucking moron. Then they show the bubbling pile of goo that was you, and ask if you want to try again.
