I'd have to go with the Happy Hardcore Tetris Remix. The Tetris theme was already pretty awesome but they managed to make it even better.

For original themes i'd have to go with this, appearantly i'm growing sappier by each year because i'm getting teared up by this.

For something more pumping nothing beats this old gem.


There are tons of good remixes out there. But i have to rep my genre of choice and pick one of the only good rap remixes of video game music out there. It's almost funny how well these two tracks mesh together, it sounds like he was using this instrumental while rapping.

The entire OST for Halo ODST is amazing. A lot of people call it the worst Halo game, but god damn the music is the best in the franchise (and it's a franchise where every game has great music).

And I completely second this! Weird that I didn't think about it, Battlefield 1942 is one of my favourite games ever. I sort of tuned out after Battlefield Vietnam (which has a great real music soundtrack on it's own)...
