So, I'm asking you guys, what it your favourite Gamecube game.
Mine is Sonic Adventure Battle Two, In my mind, the last good Sonic game.

Pikmin 2, which has some amazing multiplayer.
Tales of Symphonia.
Starfox Assault (multiplayer, since the single-player was poop)
Wind Waker was great.
I never actually played them, but apparently, the Metroid Prime games were brilliant, as was the REmake.
I'm sure I'll get around to those eventually.
Harvest Moon: AWL is a favorite of mine.
Super Smash Bros. Melee provided many good times, too, and so did Mario Kart.

Man, this thread made me want to be eight years old again.

EDIT:

Something about Pinkie Pie?

Metroid Prime. Does it matter that I have only completed it on the Wii?
It's much greater on Gamecube in my opinion.
You would not believe how many hours I sunk into that game.

My God, I totally forgot about Pikmin.
Damn that game was hard when I was seven.
But that was one of my favourites too.

I never really played the first, but I played a crapton of the sequel. In the second grade, I played a game with my dad before school almost daily.
So good.

Metroid Prime. I'm probably going to take a lot of shit for this, but with the smooth aiming and environments, i honestly thought Metroid Prime was better than the original Halo. Windwaker and Twilight Princess were pretty good, but in the end there was something so fun about the enemy dissolving animation caused by the plasma beam.

I heard it did a great job of compensating for the shooter-unfriendly controller.
I definitely should give it a shot, but I've not gotten to it yet.

Oh so much this. I remember when a friend of mine got a James Bond FPS for the Gamecube back when Pokemon Silver was still new, I couldnt believe how badly it was laid out for games of that type.
Having said that, it was quite good for things like Soul Calibur 2 and stuff.

Oddly enough, Metal Arms worked really well, which made me happy.

Luigi's Mansion! I've replayed that so many times; Mostly for the music, partly for the highscores and paintings, and partly to find the key that unlocks the stairwell door. I still can never find it...
