The "berzerk" power was that it would attract infected towards you. Originally, the boomer just caused you to be blind.

Favourite human is probably Zoey, since she's someone I can relate to to some extent (I'm also a lazy zombie-loving student).

Favourite Infected is probably the Witch, because of the whole emo-iness... It just makes for an interesting concept, to me.

The "berzerk" power was that it would attract infected towards you. Originally, the boomer just caused you to be blind.

And let's not forget about that he originally was supposed to do damage with his boom.

Mine favorites are:
Human: Louis. Because he's the regulare dude. ANd I identify myself with the regulare dude a lot more than with either the "biker", "War-Veteran" and a girl.
Infected: Hunter. He's the most like me. I'm a runner/jumper, so I think his jumping skills are totally awsome =D
And his growling. Ah, I love his growling. And also I'm a fan of his scream.

I do think that the Smoker is a fairly cool dude too. A regulare (?) looking dude, with an insanely long tongue. I think it just looks so awsome that it's a two meter high dude walking around in kinda cool clothes, and Allstars =P

As for the Boomer, though. Not a fan of him. He's just disgusting. But kinda satisfying to play as.

And the tank. Even though it's a lot of fun to smash everything. I lack the power, and the little amount of IQ to be able to identify myself with him. And I really like characters I can somewhat identify with

I love those guys that pretend to have absolute knowledge about a game, and is telling their friends (Who's not playing the game) a lot of crap (Either on purpose, or they just don't know any better) about it =D
It's allways so fun to sit around and listen to it =P

"Berserker" could also be a term used for general chaos creation. The idea was that it made the general infected swarm and go berserk, which is what boomers do now when they bile.

Wow, I really can't imaginge playing as a Boomer if it didn't have the power to attract zombies. Sure, bile muffles your vision a bit, but it still tells you what dicrection you got hit from =/

I wish they had put Berzerker in instead of Boomer =(

Really? Maybe this is why I can't get along with L4D: because of the noises. Every Special makes their own noise, which tells you that they are near. And if you know that an attack is imminent, then it is not scarey when it comes.

The game just isn't scary =(

Infected: Boomer. All the other ones get gunned down fast and don't do any damage unless you're using a lot of teamwork.

Really? Maybe this is why I can't get along with L4D: because of the noises. Every Special makes their own noise, which tells you that they are near. And if you know that an attack is imminent, then it is not scarey when it comes.

I dunno, the sound of a Hunter shrieking and growling or a Smoker hacking kind of freaks me out, especially online. It lets me know that if my team isn't careful someone's going to get their shit ruined.

But yeah, my favorite human is Louis because he's just an average dude. Favorite infected is probably the Hunter.

I want to play as the witch. They could have designed her into the versus mode, to not have seems lazy, maybe in future patches she will be playable

As for the survivor's one is as good as the next, I like Francis' "ah shit" attitude best.

As for playable infected I have the most luck as the Hunter so I will go with that. The tank is too random and powerful and takes the skill out since you have to constantly be attacking to remain the tank.
