One of the greatest moments of my childhood. I remember seeing this version first since my older brother had bootlegged the entire Cell Saga on VHS, but it was subbed, not dubbed. It didn't matter, I would rewind and watch this very scene over and over again, wide-eyed and in awe of the shear awesomeness.
It wasn't until later that I saw the English dubbed version, and the strength the original scene had was just diminished significantly with the added monologue and music. It's not always true, but sometimes the original Japanese is superior to its English counterpart.

OT: By far it's when Super Vegeta blasts Perfect Cell with his Final Flash technique for the first time, as you also said, OP. That entire moment, including the music, the dialogue, and then finally, the bang, just encapsulate what the entire series is about.

I would probably say both of Gohan's initial Super Saiyan transformations. And the final two assaults against Cell. (Vegeta's Daddy rage, and Gohan's one handed Kamehameha.)
