All of the fights from this show were awesome.

And I just happen to be watching Clone Wars right now! This series, not the crap CGI one.

Also most of the fights from FFVII: Advent Children. The film may be mediocre at best, but the fight scenes are epic!

I can never find a video of it proper due to asshats on youtube cutting up and and putting horrific generic rock over it, but for those who've seen it, you know:

Zuko and Azula's last Agni Kai during the Sozin's Comet battle in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

that's the main one I can remember right now. it's closely followed by Aang vs Ozai during the same period.
