So yeah if that wasn't clear anough, I adore this Pokemon and not because of how it looks but because of what it can do. Fantastic defense, a nice move pool, great stats. A well trained Milotic is something to have as an ally not an enemy.
I'm actually a little surprised nobody remembered this site. VERY handy, that.
I rather like how it presents not just your favorite, but your top 10. Pay attention to how you vote, you'll get some insight into how you determine which ones are your favorites.
It probably won't be 100% accurate, but it's a lot more precise, even methodical, than just trying to remember your favorites.
Yeah, it wasn't all that accurate for me. I'm pretty sure Jumpluff isn't anywhere near my top 10.
Nevertheless, it got my #1 right. He was the Pokemon that I could send in, safely knowing that he would win the match better than any other, no matter what the competition. Ladies and gentlemen...
I named him Kikaider.
Like I said, pay attention to some of your trends when you vote. I noticed two interesting habits develop: It would seem I'm not all that fond of gen II Pokemon, even though there's a large (very vocal) number of players who tout gen II as being the best in the franchise. And I also noticed that, except for maybe two or three exceptions, I really didn't like the evos and pre-evos of gen I and II Pokemon - Happiny, Igglybuff, Rhyperior, Lickilicky, and the like.
Oh, and Eeveelutions usually took priority. I luuurv Leafeon. He was #5, right after Bisharp.
Braviary. "Why Braviary" you say? Because just look at this dapper ************:
He eats pure American dirt and shits democracy.
If Braviary were a person, he'd be called President Goddamn Obama. That's right, I said "he". That's because Braviary is so damn manly that there aren't any female variants of this smooth, winged beast.
He's also known as "The reason you buy White instead of Black", because who the fuck wants a Mandibuzz when you can have this fucker? Forget Charizard, forget Pidgeot - the only flying type you'll ever need is this this aptly named bastard. I mean, have you seen that fucking name? He's so awesome, they straight up just said "We should name this fucker Bravery because he's that hardcore."
So just remember, when you hate Bravairy you're not just hating the most lethal, winged, ladykilling ************ that ever lived... no, you're hating democracy too. God speed, Braviary. God. Fucking. Speed.
There's so many to love, for so many different reasons. I couldn't narrow it down to one, but a few top choices are: Cyndaquil and its evolutions, because that was my very first starter (my first Pokemon game was Crystal version) and I loved every moment spent with it; Pidgeot, because its fierce and awesome; Gardevoir, because I love the elegant look; and Altaria, because as a Dragon Pokemon its just so cute!
There's many more, mainly from the first two generations (only because I haven't played any of the newer ones, and save for Gardevoir and Altaria, I didn't quite like many from that generation), but those have to get a special mention.
Blastoise or Charizard I mean, Blastoise has watercannons on his back and Charizard is hella powerful. It was thanks to Charizard that I beat the Elite 4. My other favourite Pokemon is Typhlosion.
This topic makes me want to break out my DS and Pokemon Soul silver
I kinda got lost after the third generation of Pokemon, I feel the design started to lack ( And no wonder, trying to think of another 100/200 per game! )
But the above two, are my ALL time favourite and I'm not even sure why. It's kind of weird that after growing up with the series you can match a personality of a Pokemon and say "That'd be mine".
Serperior. I've played generations 1,2, and 5, but Pokemon Black is the only game I actually own. That being said, Gyarados was badass. Too bad he dropped like a fly against electric types.
