Mine would have to be something Ricked this way comes. I really like the dynamic between Summer and Rick, its a character dynamic I haven't seen before. Usually the teenage sister is rather one dimensional but she really comes alive when shes teamed with Rick.
"Is there a company hiring teenagers that isn't evil?" Gets me every time.

And in the end, when nobody's looking, Rick does actually care.

Probably Rick Potion #9, for how messed up it gets and how heartbreaking the ending is. Also, Rixty Minutes for the funny alternate universe tv shows, as well as the surprisingly sweet character interactions.

Season 1: "Raising Gazorpazorp"
Season 2: "Get Schwifty"

Other than that, my favorite moment is between the ending to Close Rick-Counters of the Rick Kind and the ending to A Rickle In Time...

Oh man, I forgot how many scenes I like in this show. I'm just going dump some here:

This show has some good cameos too. Key and Peele as the 4th dimension ball sacks, Keith David as a short head, long body giraffe, John Oliver as the Jurassic Park parody scientist...

Well Rick potion #9 was cool then turned dark on the whole "switching places with your dead counterparts" thing.

Then Morty drops the bomb on his sister in the alternate universe TV episode, which I love because it was so random and it sounded like random stuff drawn out of a hat.

What Summer said to the Devil just killed me and then Rick and her just crushed the guy.

Man this show is full of WTF moments that make you laugh.

Total Rickall, easily, the parasites all had very entertaining personality, and the whole candid nature of the episode was great.

I had a friend introduce me to Rick & Morty during Season 1 and can't get enough.

My favorite episode has to be "Close Encounters of the Rick Kind" due to both how disturbing it is (Mortys being shields for Ricks - "Could get the same effect from 6 Morties and a jumper cable - On Paper!") and the setup for a continuing plot thread - the song at the end is perfect, and I was disappointed there was no progress in Season 2, but hopeful for Season 3. Plus that out of all of the Ricks, this episode showed C-137 Rick might actually have a shred of humanity, despite how evil he is/can be.

Most episodes in both seasons have at least one outstanding subplot, although "The Ricks Must Be Crazy" is one of the best since both the battery and "keep summer safe" plots are both hilarious and horrible. There are also definitely hints that we aren't always watching the same Rick & Morty every episode (Total Rickall and the presence of Mr. Poopy Butthole). Looking forward to how much more deranged and f-ed up Season 3 will be.

Me, I like the episode with the computer simulations within simulations, the one with the Council of Ricks, and the dream parasites. But sometimes, a single line or scene really stands out, like when Rick and Morty are on that planet of Amish cat-people on their Purge, and Rick rattles off how many planets have a "Purge" or some variant of it. "One world just drops all pretense and calls it 'Murder Night'."

The Parasite episode stands out from the rest but to be honest, this show is a lot like Futurama for me in that I enjoy every episode too damn much.

Close Rick-Counters of the Rick Kind (Rick council episode) has always been a favorite of mine. The idea of thousands of one person making a council just tickles me.

Can't remember the name's of the episodes so bear with me, but...

-The first episode of them basically just watching TV from multiple dimensions, featuring Detective Baby-Legs, Turbulent Juice, and Two Brothers (amongst others). They did a similar episode to this in season 2, but I didn't think it was nearly as good.

-The "Zardoz" episode, where Rick and Summer go to the planet where men and women are separated because the males are psychotically aggressive.

Season 1- Rick Potion #9.

Yeah it's a standard but the subplot with Jerry finally growing a spine is a riot every time. He's actually the most badass dude in the show, but it only comes out when the world's gone to shit. This is comedy gold.

Season 2- The Ricks Must Be Crazy.

It's mostly for Stephen Colbert being a guest star, but I also like the idea of a Matrix starting from the top and going down as opposed to The Matrix's bottom going up.

"Keep Summer safe."

Man, Rick's computer is evil and then it got nasty.

You just have to wonder what these guys are on when they do the show.
