Favourite Robot in gaming?

everyone loves a robot, especially if its strangely lifelike (D.O.G), is hilariously prejudiced to communism (Liberty prime) or is just interesting (i think its called the HK robot, from Kotor)some suck, while others are liquid (er...metal) awesome. my favorite is Liberty prime.

'Communism is the definition of failure!'...heh.

and so i ask the mighty members of the escapist... which is your favorite?
