I do say this quite often, And i have used it in an essay so... Please don't peg me as a mindless fightclub fan. All though that is my favorite movie.

When ever i see somthing Say arousing i say

"I'll be in my bunk"

I also say

"that's X with a capital Y"
Where X is a word like awsome or cool or stupid and Y is a single digit number
Example; "that's awsome with a capital 7"

"And I aslo say "on a scale of one to sirloin that is defitly (Not) sirloin"
