You know, being a voice acting aficionado, I cold say any number of people.
Current big names like Troy Baker, Nolan North, and Courtnee Draper.
Classics of the form like Mel Blanc.
Slightly lesser known people like Brittany Karbowski, David Matranga, J Michael Tatum.

But goddammit, every time I hear Stamper's voice it puts me in a good mood. Gotta agree with Sir McDouchebag on this one, that goofy bastard is golden in everything he does.
