Oh I'm sure they do have some, especially given all the events they come to in the States. It's just unlikely someone would get such a large denomination when traveling. Besides, just because they're in Canada doesn't mean they don't have US money. I still have fifteen Canadian dollars (don't know any nicknames for it) in my wallet that I got while on a class trip to Ontario. Which I took six years ago.
