Here's a totally crazy, ridiculous reply, in the Relationship Problem thread: ----> http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.117161-Relationship-problem-thread?page=24#5023696
That's some pretty solid advice actually, the only thing is that my town is fairly small... kinda know pretty much everyone. Lol, at least that's my excusse. My curse seems to be whenever I meet a girl their alredy pretty deep into a relationship and I'm like 'WHY GOD!?!?!?' (I amuse myself sometimes by being excesively dramatic :p)

Have a baby, it works wonders. The best part is, if they start to annoy you, you can just wear a condom and the problem is solved. Wait..

seeking refuge on the internet is not gonan help you, if you're missing true human contact.
Go see your friends more, or try to get a girl if its romantic and/or erotic contact you're looking for.

What do you mean?

I mean, if you're lonely...you're lonely. There's not really much you can do about that if you're looking for a relationship, now can you? Escapism is always an option, so keeping busy or distracted is all I can recommend.

Been so long since I've socialized, I just find it better to stay by myself, far away from stupid people.

Me, I waste such time on forums that it utterly shames me...

So, hey, you're certainly following in my footsteps.

That, too, although in moderation: lest that (or the porn I may occasionally browse to get in the mood) completely rot my brain.

Create an interdimensional machine. Find the dimension where the girl of your dreams wants you, and then shoot your other dimensional you in the face and take the girl.

Now I need to think of something ridiculous...
Get the scientists working on the technology immediately. Hell, I'll come with you. I'm not doing anything on Wednesday.

OT: I don't really get lonely. I actually quite like a bit of solitude in my free time. I work in a pub and(these days)find it very easy to make friends and get along with people(and openly talk about things that would probably weigh on my mind if I didn't get them out), so there is rarely a shortage of people around.

Trust me being alone is better than being in a relationship with some jerk.

Also, things can always be worse - trust me. If simply being alone is the only thing that's got you down right now, then count your blessings and feel lucky.

Also know that most people in this world are NOT in relationships. More people aren't in them than are in them. So you're a part of the majority, not the minority, so how can you truly be alone when in the majority, but you're in the majority for being alone, and oh god

Same here, man. Ever since October, life's been throwing me these really weird curveballs, and as a result, I've ended up almost completely alone.

As for dealing with it, I go for walks. It's always good to be moving.
