The first time someone calls you Sir (or Madame if your a lady), that threw my brain out of whack for a while too.
Whenever someone calls me Sir I subconsciously check behind me for the adult they must really be addressing, only to realize that no, they actually meant me. And then I remember I'm almost 30, blargh.
I definitely feel my age encroaching on me these days - used to be a marathon gaming session was no problem, now if I do that my hands start to crap up and I'll be sore for days afterward. Of course there
is the bit where I could predict the weather by how much my hands hurt thanks to joint sensitivity to pressure changes, which I've had since before I even turned 20, so I've been feeling kind of old and rickety even before you could really describe me as such (not that 27 is either really, but compared to most folks here I'm ancient, heh), but little things like keeping my shoes on when I get home? Never used to bug me really, but these days as soon as I walk through the door I'm taking them off and putting on my slippers, no exceptions.
I still have horrible sleeping habits though - I feel
miserable most of the week, but that doesn't stop me from routinely putting off sleeping until 4AM. I can sleep when I'm dead.
