TV Show: Don't really watch much TV when it's actually on TV, I tend to buy box sets.. Firefly
Video Game: Assassin's Creed. All of them.
Food: ...Jeez. Rice? Pasta? Golden Delicious apples. The last one, most definitely.
Book: Er, can I choose a series? No? Tough. The Belgariad by the late David Eddings. I don't care how many clichés it has, I love the books.
Movie: The Dark Knight(Least till Rises is released), Inception, Shawhsank Redemption TV Show: Pawn Stars, Big Bang Theory Video Game: KOTOR 1/2, Witcher 2, Dragon Age Origins, Morrowind, Gothic 1/2 I have a lot more but I'll stop it there. They aren't in order either. I love them all. Food: My Mothers Homemade Spaghetti Book: 1984, The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings
Film: Life of Brian (hands down, funniest thing I have ever seen) TV show: Breaking Bad (this one changes fairly often) Game: Chrono Trigger (But I have about 10 I consider equal second) Food: My birthday cake served with pistachio ice cream. Book: His Dark Materials (ok, It's three books, but I can't choose between them)

Food: Bacon Burger w/ side salad from Perfect Cup(local place)
Book: currently a toss up between Naruto and Bakuman(manga counts right?)

Movie: Monty Python and the Holy Grail (for comedy, can't really compare comedy movies to dramas, action, ect)

Movie: Not really keeping a mental list, so I'm just going to name one that impressed me this year: Drive
TV Show: Sherlock. The BBC one. I loved the first season, the second season is now going and is very good (although the first episode was better than the second one).
Videogame: Portal 1 & 2, Frozen Synapse and Just Cause 2. Yes, that are four games but they are so vastly different they are incomparable.
Food: French fries
Book: The Life of Pi, although admittedly I'm not all that into books (yet, probably)
Movie: The 40 Year Old Virgin
TV Show: Band of Brothers
Video Game: Call of Duty 2(2005)
Food: Red Velvet Cake
Book: Nineteen Eighty-Four ~ by George Orwell
Movie: I have to say Inception or Casino Royale. They're the only ones that are consistently entertaining and satisfying but never treat you like an idiot.
TV Show: Star Trek TNG (sorry, Firefly, if they had just given you a full season you might've been here)
Video Game: Ocarina of Time because I'm boring.
Food: Really fucking good pizza.
Book: Christ, I almost never read, especially not out of free will... I don't know, the Rayman 2 instruction manual was pretty cool, I guess.

Pretty much any of the MGS games (barring portable ops), The Assassin's Creed series, many others for varied reasons
A fried pastrami and cheese sandwich is always good but I wouldn't eat it every meal. Other than that I like red meat cooked medium and breads of all sorts.
I guess I'd have to go with Elantris by Brandon Sanderson although I hate to choose
[EDIT]Oh yeah, I assumed you meant the kind of books that are all words but my favorite series of books is the manga Gin Tama (I can't beleive they stopped publishing it in english)
I guess if there's one thing you want to take away from this it's that I'm no good at deciding my favorite anything.
