My girlfriend. I don't need a fictional female to kick my ass. We spar about twice a week and almost always end up on the mat we use. 'Tis wonderfully refreshing being with a woman that can win just about any fight.

Anyway, OP was my first thought, even if she is cybernetically powered up to superbitch state.

But otherwise, Echo (from Dollhouse), could beat people up regardless of persona. Boomer from BSG ('cos Grace Park is so hot!) Niobe from Matrix series and Jen from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (could beat the crap out of you with or without weapons and still make you want to sleep with her)
