If you mean Creature, then I always thought the Deathclaws from Fallout were cute.

They just want love, they run up to you with their arms outstretched. What else could they want to do other than hug?

Don't get me wrong, A Deathclaw pet would be kinda sweet (why else would the Enclave have them?), but I'd want something less likely to eat me alive. I'd want a pet Eevee.

Yeah you buy Clover at Paradise falls from Eulogy Jones, the head honcho there, you'll have to get in first which can be tricky, unless your character is black-hearted in which case you can quite literaly tell them to just let you the fuck in.
Clover won't be up for sale if you're not evil enough though, Eulogy doesn't want his girl going off with some goody two-shoes, she'll set you back 1000 caps, but she's worth it.
