FIFA 14 For PC Won't Use Ignite Engine

I thought the EA guy at the XBone reveal said FIFA 14 was going to be exclusive to XBone but it says here that it's being released on PS4. Did I just mishear?

OT: Strange move, though I guess the usual target audience for FIFA games aren't your usual PC-gamers. Except in my social circle, strangely...

Its funny that EA says this :We tried to get Ignite to run on PC, but our preliminary tests weren't promising." yet the game is created on PC LOL. bu in anycase EA will always piss on their consumes as they don't care about us the just know that regardless of what they say or do we are going to buy the game plus its a marketing strategy for the XBOX ONE and PS4 to be the only one with IGNITE Engine so die hard fans will go out and buy the whole console. All im saying is that FIFA does not require a high-end pc to run smoothly and if MOST pc nowadays will be able to handle it especially with the new intel 4th gen that just came out if PES 2014 is coming out for PC then I just dont understand why Fifa will need to be the ported version.....
