Fifa ad breaks videos

Hello, I couldn't find a technical support section on the site so I'll have to post this here.

Currently none of your videos work for me, the fifa ad breaks them.
It plays about the first 10 seconds of the video then the ad then the same 10 seconds of the video in an endless loop that you can't break out of.

I just thought you should know.

Anyone else having this problem?
