I can't pick one, but I've got a list of three.

First up, Rock Lee from Naruto. I don't even care about the anime no more, mostly because they refuse to give Rock Lee more screentime. Just watch:
But without the drunkness, it'd be nice if one could fight like this sober.

Then there's, of course, the Batman, mainly because of Batman: AA. His combat moves are so awesome:

And then there's Spike from Cowboy Bebop, his Jeet Kune Do is so fantastically fluid and dynamic, like water:
Yes I know he took that from Bruce Lee, no need to lecture me.

Batman's. Why?

I'd go with the style used in the latest Sherlock Holmes movie, can't remember the name, though.

It's Baritsu.

For me, it depends. Do I have only the style itself and no physical enhancement whatsoever, or do I get whatever physical enhancement is necessary to perform that style to its fullest?

In the case of the former, I pick Solid Snake's CQC. In the case of the latter, I choose Hokuto Shinken.

A more expanded variant of Vergil's "Dark slayer" style from the DMC series. His abilities are lightning quick and extremely powerful, as seen in DMC3's cutscenes.

Not based on any character I know, but being an expert in Krav Maga (the type taught to Israeli special forces) would kick ass, literally and with brutal and painful efficiency.

I think that is Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell's fighting style.
