Plot hole: From the text-crawl at the beginning we're told that blade runners exist because of Nexus-6 models. Then Deckard (apparently retired from being a blade runner) is then informed about these 'new' replicants, the Nexus-6 models.
Filler: Deckard is a replicant, meaning that he was never really a blade runner and was instead built to replace them and take out his own 'kind'.
