Does anyone follow a particualar ritual while watching or preparing for a movie?

Example: When I Go to a movie theater, I shut my phone off and I sit in a movie theater, quietly (Unless otherwise).

Also, Every Christmas Eve, I Watch the Movie Clerks, because it was the first movie I ever saw that made me seriously look at movies, and by the time I get to watching it, I look at the major characters lives and see how much My life mirrors theirs.

It is a great movie to me, and I try to watch it every year since I first saw it about 9 years ago.

Does anyone have a movie ritual, or a movie they watch every year for one reason or another?

If I'm watching a movie by myself, at home, I always but subtitles on. My hearing is fine, but there are still some things you miss without them.

At the theatre...I sit at the side whenever I can. Less noise, I find.

I try to watch some of my favourite films yearly.

Haha, I used to watch "Jingle all the way" every Christmas, until last year where I got sick at the thought of it so I didn't watch it.

Great film though

I just realized I haven't seen Clerks in a while... To the rental store!

OT: Whenever I go to a rental store I always get one of my favorite movies from my childhood, grab a soda, and make some popcorn. When at the theater I like to try and get as close to the screen as possible. I find it fun to look up at the screen the entire movie... what?
