Films you really should have seen

Hi all

Just watching "There's Something About Mary" for the first time even though I'm 20, I tend to think of myself as a movie geek, but find that there are certain classics I seem to have missed so far, another example is the godfather..

was wondering if there are any films that come to mind that you have not seen but really should?

I thought they sucked, but that's probably because I HAD TO SIT THROUGH ALL THREE when I was still somewhere in elementary school. That day was boring.

Anyways, I don't watch many films, but I regret not making the time to go see Watchmen.

2001: A Space Odyssey was amazing (my fav. movie!), but DO NOT SEE 2012, the squeal is horrible.

I still want to see Hitchcock's films; any good?


The Godfather films are great as well, I found 2 better than 1; 3 was iffy, but not horrendous like everyone says.
