We seem to have a gazillion 'games you're looking forward to' threads, so why not a movie one?

Personally, I'm looking forward to WALL-E (Hasn't come out yet down here), Watchmen (re-reading the novel and yes, it still one of the deepest pieces of literature period.) and I'm looking forward to that new Miyazaki film that has the Romans praising his name.

Beating a dead horse to be honest. Essentially the same film 4 times, and the first one was pretty poor anyway.

WALL-E. It's been the only movie I've been looking forward to see all year, and I am damn well going to do so.

Why does America neglect us so?

I'm actually really looking forward to Max Payne.. I guess noone will ever call it a masterpiece, but i'm sure il love it!

Transformers 2.. enough said.

Watchmen ofcourse.

@ Frybird: Tropic Thunder? C'mon mate.. Havent we all seen enough horrible movies with "that man" inn the leading role.. Jack Black is indeed awsome, but I cant stand Ben Stiller anymore. He's only got one face.. Allways the same type of acting.. Ah.. But I guess thats only my oppinion.

Wall-e is one of the best films I've seen this year, when it gets to you, you'll love it.

Personally I'm quite looking forward to RocknRolla which is out today here, it looks like it'll just be another gangster movie, but as far as I'm concerned that's a good thing.

Was looking forward to Max Payne but now I'm not so sure from the trailer. If it's Max fighting demons I'm not going to be happy. If Marky Mark starts rapping over the end credits, I'm not going to be happy. If they don't bring back the original music, I'm not going to be happy. If they haven't involved Sam Lake, I'm not going to be happy.

If they homage the hospital scene from Hard Boiled, the greatest on-screen gun-fight of all time, I'll be happy.

Citizen Siege

There's very little information of it on the net but it's being directed/produced by Oddworld Inhabitants and Lorne Lanning, the geniuses behind the Oddworld series. Im interested to see if they can make movies anywhere near as awesome as their games...

Quantum of Solace

... Admittedly I haven't been to the cinema in ages and that's my main source of up and coming movies, but when ever I go I always see about 5 films that I really want to see, then forget about them when I get home.
