Damn, that picture of Golbex looks bad ass. I might get the game just for the extra parts. Recently beat the GBA version which I had a lot fo fun with.

That just looks damn sweet.. and sounds so good too with that remixed version of the theme song.

I'd love for them to re-do FFVI and Secret of Mana in this visual style too but, seeing as how FFIV is probably my favourite FF game ever, I'll take it over the others anyway.

No...you certainly are not. I main the fuck out of him in Dissidia for a reason, and I'm gonna enjoy using his "Man in Black" costume in Duodecim. All the armored bad guys in FF look totally bad ass; Gabranth, Graland, Ex-Death, they are scrap heaps of death.

Spoiler: Heh, they should have had this picture in the game instead, boosts his bad ass status ten fold.

I'm definitely getting this because I quite like Final Fantasy IV and don't have The After Years, but you know what I'd like more Square Enix? A great Final Fantasy title like you made when you were Square Soft.

isn't this like the tenth time they've remade FF4? Why not do FF6?

If I recall correctly, it's only been remade on the GBA and DS, and maybe the Wonderswan. Other times it was just a port on the PS1 with insignificant things like CGI cutscenes and a better localization.

Gorgeous. Between the SNES original, the PSone and GBA ports and the DS upgrade, I've played through FFIV something like two-dozen times now. This is no way detracts from my excitement for this latest update. FFIVDS was great, but I am a sucker for beautiful sprite work.

I've been non-stop talking myself out of getting a PSP. Not anymore!

Get a real PSP then, don't get a PSP go. That thing is a piece of junk. Take all of the good out of a PSP, and then make the bad stuff worse. Way to go Sony. If it wasn't for Atlus and Square Enix, I probably wouldn't own a PSP.

Its something of an issue when in the FMVs Cecil is clearly far prettier than his wife.

Also, I really do hope that Kain steals that kiss. Maybe he can finally be an interesting character.

The DS version didn't have the original game's difficulty; they made it harder.

Final Fantasy IV was one of the first truly great plots in video games, and playing it in super-sexy mode should make it even better!
