Finally Beat Gears 3.... [spoilers]

That part was bullshit on insane. I gave up completely.

It goes on the tower, and the only way I can get a clear shot is to go out in the open and disregard everything around.

Too many fucking therons.

I liked it on the weaker difficulties. But on insane it made me rage in my pants.

Played it on hardcore, solo. The boss fight was long, boring and tedious. Felt like regular WoW boss with the 2/3 phases where you had to stand at certain points at a certain time while you whittled down his hit points.
No thinking on your feet or making any meaningful judgement. Just learn and follow the choreography.

Yeah, I never finished Gears 3, but if you want the most repetitive, boring, frustrating boss battle, try soloing the last boss in the Borderlands campaign on Playthrough 2. Took me 55 minutes to beat because I took him on at level 58ish and he was like level 62ish and I was hardly doing any damage at all to him. Finally did it though. Damn Borderlands sucks playing alone.

I thought the whole ordeal was meh. Took way to long to beat with next to no real challenge from her. She could and should have changed tactics half way through instead of just doing the same thing 5 -10 times (depending on difficulty or how many co op partners not sure).

And you mean to tell me she survived the tower being dropped on her skull, numerous hammer strikes (and bullets) and a knife in her guts kills her???? If Dom was packin some magic knife why in the hell didn't he use it earlier??? Could have used it to take out that lambent berserker (my personal most hated boss ever) with a single little poke ffs
