I am down in little old Springfield, Missouri. Pretty sure there is an Escapistian here.

Fun fact, I live on Drury Lane and I have yet to see the fucking muffin man.

I've actually found a few Escapist members near me thanks to the Escapism UK group. I also saw a guy wearing a Zero Punctuation shirt on a train once. Never did talk to him though :(
how does the escapist uk group work?

The title of this threads reminds me of the late night ads on Freeview TV. "Wanna chat and flirt with local Escapists in your area? Just text a message to 78463 and we'll get someone from Spain to text you back. [small]textscost£1.50amessageplusyourusualnetworkcharge.[/small]" Ya know, those type of ads. XD

Anyway, Whitchurch, in the good ol' UK.

I live in a small village in Northern Ireland called Coagh. Although I'm only really there on weekends and holidays. Most of the time I'm living in my flat, at the University of Coleraine, which is also in Northern Ireland.

its only my first year here..and i miss home actually..its hard..lots of work..(i study architecture)and for fun..its very limited..its like nothing is happening in this town..i started this thread to find other people with this kind of problems and just chat with them i guess..
Sounds like a good cause to me, feel free to drop me a PM if you fancy a chat (I'm on most nights). To be honest loneliness is one of the main reasons I come here, especially as my PS3 is offline atm (switching consoles, etc.), but I'm more of a lurker...

That's right, I'm one of those people who loves to read! Mwahahahahaha!

(I'm bored, in case anyone was wondering)
