While I was browsing through the crap in my local game store yesterday, something awesome happened. I managed to find two games, one was Jade Empire for £1.99/$3.00 (instaed of 1200 MP), and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion GOTY Edition for £7.99/$12.00 (instead of £25.00/$37.00 on Amazon), that was one of the best finds I have ever had.

What is your best find ever, what classic did you find buried deep within the bowels of a bargain bin, what game have you found that has a price that spits in the face of major stores.

I got Bioshock, Crackdown, and Assassins creed for a total of $40
I have also been trying to rebuild my N64 collection (after it was stolen) and I found a copy of Goldeneye 007 for 99 cents. I was very happy.

I recently visited a friend from school for the first time. Naturally, I ransacked his room while he rambled about his pointless interests (Friends, family, life, love, etc). While digging around the top of his nightstand, I came across what could only be described as the gaming equivalant of Blackbeards gold.
In the putrid pile of bedside socks I found:
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons/Oracle of Ages/ Link's Awakening/ LinkPast
Castlevania: Harmony/ Aria/ CircleMoon/ PortraitRuin/ DawnSorrow
Metroid: Zero Mission/ Fusion/ Original Gameboy Version
Pokemon: 1st gen/2nd/3rd/4th... With both vanilla styles AND 'special' editions.
Golden Sun 1&2
Final Fantasy: 1GBA, 2GBA, 3DS, 4DS
Suikoden: DS

Apparently his recently college-bound brother was an avid handheld fan. He was not. I gathered them up with his blessing, and have yet to return. Hell, I've yet to leave my house.

I was thinking of buying Final Fantasy IV, is it any good.
Well, I guess it depends on your tastes.
It's very challenging, even more so than the original if you can believe that.
The game has voice acting and full motion cutscenes. (I adore the lead character's voice)
The story is decent and existent. Unlike the 3rd's.
The combat is thrilling and it really is on par with the playstation generations.
The graphics are what you'd expect. Great for a handheld, but not mindblowing.

Overall, it's a pretty solid experience. I'd recommend it.
If you're turned off by excessive grinding though... Run.
Run as far and fast as you can
